Blasphemous

Dutch right-wing politician Geert Wilders decided to launch a Prophet Muhammad cartoon contest. The sole reason of course is not to defend freedom of speech (I’m all for that), but to cause consternation and to insult Muslims. And of course it causes protests in Pakistan, as was intended by Wilders. I do condemn the – by now canceled – cartoon contest. The Cartoon Movement made a good statement about the Prophet Muhammed cartoon contest I can relate to.

After the Danish cartoon crisis of 2005 I came up with this idea of this not-a-Muhammad-cartoon. You can’t be insulted unless you decide to be insulted. I love logic 🙂

I’ve made this animated cartoon 2 years ago and now it has become topical again, so I updated it (changed the fonts to my own Go Baaa font).
